Hydroxycut Recall

Hydroxycut could cause death or liver damage expect to see Hydroxycut lawsuits soon.

 

On May 1, 2009 the FDA warned consumers to stop taking Hydroxycut as these dietary supplements are linked to one death and give the consumer a risk of liver injury.  Hydroxycut is made by Lovate Health Sciences Inc out of Oakville Ontario Canada.  Some Hydroxycut products are associated with liver injuries and Lovate has agreed to recall Hydroxycut from the market.  Expect to see a lawsuit or lawsuits from those injured by Hydroxycut.  If you have been injured by Hydroxycut you should contact a qualified lawyer or see multiple attorneys who can review your case.

Hydroxycut products are dietary supplements that are marketed for weight-loss, as fat burners, as energy-enhancers, as low carb diet aids, and for water loss under the Iovate and MuscleTech brand names.  The list of products being recalled by Iovate currently includes:
